Vocational Training Council (VTC)
Ang VTC ay nagbibigay ng mga kumpletong programa sa mga mag-aaral bago makapagtrabaho (pre-employment) at nasa serbisyo na (in-service) sa pamamagitan ng kanyang mga kasaping paaralan kagaya ng Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE), Vocational Training Council School of Business and Information Systems (SBI), Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI), Youth College at iba pa.
Ang IVE ay naghahandog ng higher diploma, diploma, foundation diploma, vocational certificate at mga kursong craft level sa siyam na sumusunod na mga sangay ng kaalaman: applied science; business administration; child education and community services; construction; design, printing, textiles and clothing; electrical and electronic engineering; hotel, service and tourism studies; information technology and mechanical, manufacturing and industrial engineering.
Ang HKDI naman ay naghahandog ng komprehensibo at kontemporaryo na mga kurso sa disenyo mula sa foundation diploma hanggang sa higher diploma.
Pangunahing inihahandog ng Youth College ang mga full-time na mga kurso kagaya ng diploma in vocational studies, foundation diploma at certificate in vocational studies. Ang mga kampus ng Youth College ay matatagpuan sa So Uk, Kennedy Town, Tuen Mun, Tin Shui Wai at sa tatlong mga gusali ng VTC Centre sa Kowloon Bay, Kwai Chung at Pokfulam.

Employees Retraining Board (ERB)
Ang ERB ay nagbibigay ng full-time at part-time na mga kurso sa lahat ng karapat-dapat na empleyado ng Hong Kong (kasama ang mga bagong dating) na may edad 15 o pataas at nakapagtamo ng edukasyong sub-degree o mas mababa.
Ang mga kursong part-time ay mga programang may bayad subalit ang mga trainee na may kitang mas mababa sa HK$7,000 ay maaaring mag-aplay para maka-libre sa bayad ng kurso. Bukod dito, ang panustos sa muling pagsasanay(retraining allowances) ay ibinibigay sa mga trainee ng mga kursong full-time na nakapagtamo ng 80% na attendance sa kurso.
