Telephone Interpretation Service (TELIS) & Telephone Interpretation Service Appointment (TELISA)

  • Via the telephone system which facilitates 3-way voice conference enabling provision of over-the-phone interpretation.
  • TELIS can be initiated by ethnic minorities and public service providers.

Service users can get immediate interpretation support by calling our TELIS hotlines during operation hours.

  • TELIS Appointment is recommended for lengthy telephone interpretation, such as intake assessments and making applications that involve form-fillings, etc.

TELISA appointment should be made at least 3 working days in advance via TELIS hotlines, by fax (+852 3106 0455), email (tis-cheer@hkcs.org) or apply online.
