- Face-to-face interpretation when our interpreters are present physically in the same place as the public service providers and the EM residents. It gives support to public providers in transmitting essential information to respective groups of EM residents in workshops and seminars.

Public service providers can make an appointment via fax (+852 3106 0455), email (tis-cheer@hkcs.org) or apply online at least 21 working days in advance.
Monday to Friday: 10 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am – 2 pm
*Services will be provided on need basis during non-operation hours but will remain closed during Public Holidays.
Service charges for public service providers from Government Departments and *NGOs are as follows:
- $200/hour for SIS during operation hour.
- $400/hour for SIS out of operation hour.
- Service fee is waived for NGOs* and Schools.
*Some training provided by NGOs would be charged.
