- Face-to-face interpretation when our interpreters are present physically in the same place as the public service providers and the EM residents. It gives support to public providers in transmitting essential information to respective groups of EM residents in workshops and seminars.
- SIS is provided UPON REQUEST BY PUBLIC SERVICE PROVIDERS.

Public service providers can make an appointment via fax (+852 3106 0455), email (tis-cheer@hkcs.org) or apply online at least 24 hours in advance. Reply for SIS will be made via email within 24 hours.
Monday to Friday: 9 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 2 pm
*Services will be provided on need basis during non-operation hours but will remain closed during Public Holidays.
