- Subtitling service is an add-on service for translation service from English to 8 EM languages. The process includes transcription, timecoding and translation of a video.
- SUBS is provided UPON REQUEST BY PUBLIC SERVICE PROVIDERS.
Public service providers can send their request via fax (+852 3106 0455), email (tis-cheer@hkcs.org) or apply online at least 14 working days in advance.
- The standard turnaround is 14 days for videos up to 5 minutes. Requests exceeding 5 minutes will be evaluated based on turnaround time and content.
- The delivery format will be in SRT format.
- Subtitles can be embedded in the video upon request without extra charges.
- Voice-over will not be included in the service.
Service charges are as follows:

$200 per minute thereafter. |
