Public service providers can make an appointment via fax (+852 3106 0455), email (tis-cheer@hkcs.org) or apply online at least 3 working days in advance.
Monday to Friday: 10 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am – 2 pm
*Services will be provided on need basis during non-operation hours but will remain closed during Public Holidays.
Service charges for public service providers from Government Departments are as follows:
- $100/hour for OIS during operation hour.
- $200/hour for OIS out of operation hour.
- Service fee is waived for NGOs and Schools.
