Kabilang sa proseso ang transkripsyon, timecoding at pagsasalin ng video.<\/li>\n<li>Ang SUBS ay ipinagkakaloob SA KAHILINGAN NG MGA TAGABIGAY NG PAMPUBLIKONG SERBISYO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p> Maaaring ipadala ng mga tagabigay ng pampublikong serbisyo ang kanilang kahilingan sa pamamagitan ng fax (+852 3106 0455), email (<a class=\"autolinked\" href=\"mailto:tis-cheer@hkcs.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-behavior=\"truncate\">tis-cheer@hkcs.org<\/a>) o mag-apply <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tis.hkcscheer.net\/tsps\/request\/guest\">online <\/a><\/strong>nang maaga ng hindi bababa sa 14 na araw ng trabaho.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Ang karaniwang yugto ay 14 araw para sa mga video na hanggang 5 minuto.
