Ang mga sumusunod ay ang mga hindi kasaling kategorya:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/header>\n<section class=\"push_double--top\">\n<div class=\"formatted_content formatted_content--large\">\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Mga empleyado sa bahay (kabilang ang mga dayuhang kasambahay);<\/li>\n<li>Mga maglalakong sariling empleyado;<\/li>\n<li>Mga taong saklaw ng pambatasang pensyon o iskema ng pondo sa pagbibigay, gaya ng mga sibil na kawani at mga guro ng paaralan na tinutustusan o pinagkakalooban;<\/li>\n<li>Mga miyembro ng iskemang occupational retirement na binibigyan ng mga sertipiko ng pagkakalibre;<\/li>\n<li>Mga taong mula sa ibang bansa na pumasok sa Hong Kong para sa trabaho nang wala pang 13 buwan, o na sakop ng mga plano sa pagreretiro sa ibang bansa; at<\/li>\n<li>Mga empleyado ng Tanggapan ng European Union ng European Commission sa Hong Kong.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Kapag na-enroll ka na ng iyong tagapag-empleyo sa isang iskema ng MPF, isang sertipiko ng pakikilahok mula sa MPF trustee ang ibibigay sa iyo. May karapatan kang pumili sa mga bahagi sa pondo na inaalok sa ilalim ng iskema<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Ang mga sapilitang kontribusyon ay kinakalkula batay sa 5% ng kaugnay na kita ng isang empleyado, kung saan ang tagapag-empleyo ay nag-aambag din ng 5%. Ang mga sapilitang kontribusyon ng isang tagapag-empleyo ay napapailalim sa pinakamababa at pinakamataas na kaugnay na antas ng kita, habang ang mga sapilitang kontribusyon ng isang tagapag-empleyo ay napapailalim sa pinakamataas na kaugnay na antas ng kita.
