Prosesnya meliputi transkripsi, pengodean waktu, dan penerjemahan video.<\/li>\n<li>SUBS disediakan BERDASARKAN PERMINTAAN DARI PENYEDIA LAYANAN PUBLIK.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p> Penyedia layanan publik dapat mengirimkan permintaan mereka melalui faks (+852 3106 0455), email (<a class=\"autolinked\" href=\"mailto:tis-cheer@hkcs.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-behavior=\"truncate\">tis-cheer@hkcs.org<\/a>) atau mengajukan permohonan <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tis.hkcscheer.net\/tsps\/request\/guest\">secara daring <\/a><\/strong>setidaknya 14 hari kerja sebelumnya.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Waktu penyelesaian standar adalah 14 hari untuk video berdurasi hingga 5 menit.
