Usage of ATM Card & ATM in Hong Kong

Once you apply an ATM card from your registered bank, you can handle your business for your bank accounts through the ATM Machine, including:

•Enquire account balance

•Cash withdrawals

•Intra and Inter-bank transfer.

•Credit Card Payment

•Bills Payment

•Change ATM card password

Etc.

For Cash withdrawals:

1. Insert your ATM Card into the machine.
2. Select a language (For the first time to use ATM and only Chinese and English are provided).
3. Enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number), then press Enter.
4. Select Cash withdrawals.
5. Select or enter the amount to withdraw.
6. There are two kinds of ATMs for depositing money and withdrawing money.
7. Choose whether you want a receipt, select Yes or No. Take the receipt if you requested it.
8. Wait while the system processes your transaction(s). When the machine beeps at you, take your card, cash, and receipt. Always make sure that you have both your cash and your card.
